Our 12-module course runs weekly, starting this August with Module 1: Kitchen Essentials. Each session lasts one hour and is offered both in the morning and afternoon (UK time) to suit your schedule.
In September, we continue with Module 2: Breakfasts That Built an Empire, following the same format—1-hour live sessions, twice weekly.
